At the Marketing Excellence awards held in Edinburgh recently, Feather Brooksbank were delighted to be the recipients of the Marketing Capabilities Award.
Recognised for the restructure Feather Brooksbank pioneered in 2006, our unique structure now hosts five specialist teams across four offices, no other agency in any territory had adopted this specialist structure across various offices.
We have placed Communications Planning at the heart of our agency, ably supported by specialist teams that include Strategy, Research, Press, Radio, Online and TV. Since making these changes, the agency’s new business has increased, profitability has improved and we have won a raft of accolades. Importantly, for our clients, the change has led to greater emphasis on expert knowledge, collaboration with media owners and innovation in our work.
The Marketing Excellence Awards have been developed to help encourage a greater understanding and appreciation of marketing excellence. With over 35 judges taking part in the judging process over 5 days, this makes our successful restructure all the more rewarding.
