Out of the 565 small companies to enter the ‘Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ Feather Brooksbank are proud to announce that we have been awarded the 44th position. For the fifth consecutive year Feather Brooksbank has featured in the list, compiled by the Sunday Times, which gathered the views of 34,295 employees across the UK.
This year Feather Brooksbank was awarded three stars, the highest accolade possible which marks us out as ‘extraordinary’! The ratings are based on the response analysis from the surveys.
The most comprehensive study of workplace opinion and engagement of its kind, eight workplace factors are judged including: Leadership, Wellbeing, My Manager, My Team, Fair Deal, Giving Something Back, My Company and Personal Growth. As Richard Caseby, Managing Editor of the Sunday Times identifies, “The companies featured…are all beacons of excellence, continuing to define leading workplace practice and engaging and motivating their employees even in today’s troubled economic times”.
